Summarization
Directions: The paragraph is followed by an incomplete phrase or sentence which summarizes the main idea of the paragraph. Spell out the missing letters of the word. 

     Electronic mail can eliminate hours of frustrating “telephone tag” and enable people to communicate across time-zones with ease. It also substitutes for busy fax machines that print out piles of paper which are often misplaced or misdirected.
